The information that we gather as a club is used solely for club administration and legitimate communication with parents, guardians and, where appropriate, players. We will not send unsolicited e-mails or pass personal details on to 3rd parties.

Certain personal information can be stored on the club website including emergency contact telephone numbers, player dates of birth and important medical conditions (e.g. asthma). The purpose of storing this information is to ensure the wellbeing and safety of players and facilitiate good club communications.

Players may maintain their own 'player profile' including aspirations and interesting facts such as favourite food, music etc. This is aimed at providing club members with an insight into players and foster strong bonds between players and club members.

All personal information other than names are stored securely on the club website. Access to such information is only granted to club staff, player parents / guardians and players themselves. If you do not wish to make certain personal information available to the above group of people associated with the club, this information can be removed from the website.

In order to promote the club, it is important that we are able to use photographs to demonstrate the action and fun involved in Rugby League. However, we will always endevour to use photographs that do not show player faces in the public domain.  Photographs of players are stored on the website. We always ask parents permission before taking photographs. Coaches and Player Representatives may upload photographs onto the website and will decided whether each photograph will be made available for public viewing or be secured and only visible to parents, guardians and players.

When registering on the club website, you must request that your login details are flagged as one of the following before you may access secure information.

• Coach
• Player Representative
• Parent
• Player

Coaches and Player Representatives can add and change information on the website including news stories and match reports.
Coaches, Player Representatives and Parents can access secured information including photographs and player profiles
Players can change their own profile and amend their availability to play and train in the club diary.
Where players are deemed to young to control this information, a parent may be nominated as a player proxy (on a 1 parent to 1 player basis)

Please use the access request form to request that your access level is changed. You will be required to provide identification to gain access to secure information.

The technology that we use is completely safe to install and use: it is unobtrusive, easy to deactivate and remove, and does not transmit any information in a manner that can identify a user. Unidentifiable statistics are sent or recorded by our system regarding usage. The statistics are completely anonymous and do not contain any personal identification.
